Tutorial design
There is suprisingly little information to find on tutorial development. There are no books written solely on the subject and there is no one function like tutorial designer. I was contracted by Prometech BV in the Hague to research tutorial design and write an implementation document.
To demonstrate how tutorials where to be developed I planned to create a small demo. While developing the plan changed to build a full tutorial for a program Prometech had developed. The resulting tutorial was very well-received.
